Johan Llanes has got to be the sweetest, knowledgeable, non-pushy top salesman I have ever met! His excitement for his profession and sincere feedback, is a breathe of fresh air for a process that is usually stressful. He had us laughing, having a great time and we ended up leaving with a brand new 2026 Santa Cruz XRT when we thought we were going there to "look at options". He made the process easy, fun and memorable. THANK YOU JOHAN- You truly are a master of your trade - Gigi P.

We had a great experience working with Johan! He was incredibly personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel comfortable instead of stressful. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable he was about the cars, he answered all of our questions with confidence and made sure we felt informed every step of the way. We never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, we’re really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

The sales department was great. My sales rep, Shaun, was superb. He worked with me to get the exact vehicle i was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics. Shaun worked out a great deal for the vehicle and we were ready to finish the deal i was in and out in less that 2 hours. This experience was much different that any other dealership i have had in the past. I would highly recomend Lakeland Hyundai, and ask for Shaun.

Kida Hawkins at Lakeland Hyundai sold me my very first Hyundai today and it was the very best car buying experience I’ve ever had if I could give him more than 5 stars I definitely would. Large purchases make me crazy , He handled the entire purchase start to finish with absolute professionalism. Love the car. The experience was actually pleasant which is not something I ever thought I would say when it came to buying a car. But there you have it. We got an amazing deal on a fantastic car. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car that has an amazing warranty and a dealer with outstanding customer service. Thank you to Kida and Ellis in finance and the others that made this such a wonderful experience

Excellent car buying experience. Carlos, our salesman, was extremely helpful in getting us what we wanted at an exceptional price. The finance guy was great, too. Very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!
